Register for your University
Online Entries
This section of the site is for Universities to make their entries for the BUCS WWR.
Instructions
- ONE representative only from the University should register by entering all the details below.
- They will receive an e-mail with a unique password for accessing their University's entries.
- The representative should then log in on this page and enter the entry details.
- Step 1 is to add all the competitors to the system, including any Reserves you may want to swap for later.
- Step 2 is to then assign these competitors to different events, including the Reserves class for all reserves.
- Step 3 is to check against any warnings to make sure your entry is correct.
- Step 4 is to print out or save your University's entry and also your camping application.
- Step 5 is to send off the entry with payment to BUCS through your athletics/sports union.
NOTE: You do not have to do this in one go, you can revisit this page to update your entries as many times as you like. However the entry AND PAYMENT must be received in the BUCS office by the closing date
Please ensure your entries are completed in good time incase of technical difficulties.
